We are investigating Osprey Energy Acquisition Corp. (“Osprey” or the “Company”) (NasdaqCM: OSPR) relating to the Company’s acquisition of the assets of Royal Resources (“Royal”), an entity owned by funds managed by Blackstone Energy Partners and Blackstone Capital Partners (“Blackstone”). Pursuant to the contribution agreement, the combined company will be named Falcon Minerals Corporation (“Falcon Minerals”). Blackstone will retain a significant ownership stake in Falcon Minerals at closing representing approximately 47% of outstanding common stock.

As the client you are entitled to direct the litigation in any way you deem proper, and may at any time order us to dismiss the case or opt-out. Should you choose to do so, we will never ask you to reimburse us directly for any legal fees or expenses. During the course of this litigation, you authorize us to employ, share work and/or fees with other attorneys or law firms to prosecute your case.
