Star Equity Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: STRR), relating to the proposed Merger with Hudson Globl, Inc. that will create NewCo. Upon completion of the Merger, Hudson shareholders will own approximately 79% of NewCo, and Star shareholders will own approximately 21% of NewCo’s estimated 3.49 million shares outstanding. Pending regulatory and shareholder approvals, the proposed Merger is anticipated to close in the second half of 2025.

This confirms that you have retained Monteverde & Associates PC to file an action with a complaint against Star Equity Holdings and/or its board of directors or officers.
