Finjan Holdings, Inc. (FNJN) related to its sale to CFIP Goldfish Holdings, LLC. Under the terms of the agreement, Finjan shareholders will receive $1.55 in cash for each share of Finjan common stock owned.

Arya Sciences Acquisition Corp. (ARYA) related to its combination with Immatics B.V., a Netherlands private limited company. Under the terms of the agreement, each outstanding share of Arya common stock, will be automatically exchanged for one share of the newly formed company, Immatics N.V.
