Under the terms of the agreement, each share of Anadarko common stock will be converted into the right to receive $59.00 in cash and 0.2934 shares of Occidental common stock.

We are investigating Stewardship Financial Corporation (SSFN) related to its acquisition by Columbia Financial, Inc. Under the proposed transaction, each share of Stewardship common stock will be converted into the right to receive $15.75 in cash for each share of Stewardship common stock held.

We are investigating Amplify Energy Corp. (AMPY) related to the sale of the Company to Midstates Petroleum Company, Inc. Under the terms of the agreement, each share of Amplify common stock will be converted into the right to receive 0.933 shares of Midstates common stock.

We are investigating DNB Financial Corporation (DNBF) related to the sale of the Company to S&T Bancorp, Inc. Under the terms of the agreement, DNB shareholders will have the right to receive 1.22 shares of S&T Bancorp common stock for each share of DNB they own.

We are investigating Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores, Inc. (SHOS) regarding its acquisition by Transform Holdco LLC. Under the terms of the agreement, each share of Sears common stock will be converted into the right to receive $2.25 in cash.

Under the terms of the agreement, each share of El Paso common stock will be converted into the right to receive $68.25 in cash.

We are investigating Cypress Semiconductor Corporation (CY) related to the sale of the Company to Infineon Technologies AG. Under the terms of the proposed agreement, each share of Cypress common stock will be converted into the right to receive $23.85 in cash.

We are investigating Total System Services, Inc. (TSS) related to the sale of the company to Global Payments, Inc. Under the terms of the proposed transaction, Total System shareholders will receive 0.8101 shares of Global Payments shares for each share of Total System common stock they own.

We are investigating Ascent Capital Group, Inc. (ASCMA) related to the sale of the company to Monitronics International, Inc. Under the terms of the proposed agreement, Ascent shareholders will receive approximately 5.82% of the total shares of Monitronics common stock.
