Lawson Products, Inc. (LAWS), relating to its merger with LKCM Headwater Investments’ portfolio companies TestEquity and Gexpro Services. Under the terms of the agreement, LAWS shareholders will own approximately 47% of the combined company.

Ortho Clinical Diagnostics Holdings plc (OCDX), relating to its proposed acquisition by Quidel Corp. Under the terms of the agreement, OCDX shareholders will receive 0.1055 shares of Quidel and $7.14 in cash per share they own.
